Sampler Tapestry Workshop

Discover the colorful world of tapestry weaving in this hands-on sampler class with fiber artist Pamela J. Davis. Using Pam’s beautifully hand-dyed wool yarns, students will learn how to create shapes, lines, texture, and simple imagery by “drawing with yarn.” Tapestry weaving is one of the easiest and versatile forms of weaving, perfect for beginners as well as creatives looking to explore a new medium. Small frame looms will be provided for use during class, making it easy to dive right in and start creating your own Sampler woven piece.

Pamela J. Davis is an award-winning tapestry artist, former recipient of the Minnesota State Arts Board Artist Initiative Grant, and owner of Art & Soul Gallery.

Material fees $10 for yarn paid to Pamela Davis, cash or check.
