Sound Bath July 27

Sound healing, referred to as a Sound Bath, is a form of meditation that immerses you in beautiful sounds and vibrations that heal body, mind and spirit. It takes you on a journey of deep relaxation and well-being as your brainwaves and cells are altered leading to healing and self-discovery. 

Everything in the Universe is composed of vibrations affected by sound. Every organ and cell in our body vibrates at a particular frequency. Research has validated that when a disease, stress or pollution come into the body it disrupts the vibratory rate of our cells which allows the disease to take over. Sound healing, or sound bath, can recalibrate your cells back to their healthy vibratory rate, boosting your immune system and allowing your body to heal itself. It turns on our parasympathetic nervous system, which gives our bodies a chance to relax and heal.
